Resepi :

5 biji telur A atau B
1 cwn Gula halus (200g)
1 sb ovalette
1 sk esen pandan/ Pandan coconut emulco
2 sk pewarna epal hijau
1/2 cwn minyak Masak (125 ml)
2 cwn tepung gandum (220g)
1 sk serbuk penaik
1/2 sk soda bikarbonat
1 sk cream of tartar (takde pun takpe)

Utk adunan cream cheese (10-12 biji kek) Resepi asal:

500g cream cheese
175g Susu pekat
185ml whipping cream (dairy)
135 Susu full cream/segar/cair
*set/sejukkan semalaman untuk versi pekat

*Dalam video Sy tunjuk adunan cream cheese untuk 5-6 biji kek sahaja
