Do you have a video for that? Also do you have telephone support? I don't do payroll or anything else besides classing and sending it to cpa.

10:54 - I have been paying for the online for over a year when I got a message on my desktop that it would no longer have online backup etc.
I have been charged a monthly fee now for over a year to use online but don't know how to access it.

12:55 - I'm using QB pro plus desktop version that I bought on a CD. I use the manual version of payroll. Our payroll is done by an outside source. We are a small business and I planned on using this 2021 CD for years without upgrading. I don't use QB customer service or any of their services. Can I keep using it for years?
14:38 - I process payroll through my 2020 nonprofit premier edition. So what I understand is I will be required to go to annual subscription using my Desktop version. I'll have to watch this video again, but I also want to say that I pay annual subscription for payroll already. Hmmm...
