Notes:
Sasuke (Hebi) - Kirin - The length of this cutscene has been shortened from NUNS 2.
Sakura (Part I) - The Great Sakura - During Part I, Sakura likes to imagine herself being a lot stronger in battle than she really was. The huge grayscale Sakura you see here is "Inner Sakura." This game apparently manifests that as real.
Neji (both parts) - 8 Trigrams 64 Palms - These Ultimate Jutsus share the same name but are otherwise different attacks. But you can tell from how they look.
Guy - Hirudora - Means "Daytime Tiger." Guy's set of moves have been expanded since NUNS 2. This is a sequel of sorts to Asakujaku ("Morning Peacock"), Guy's previous Ultimate Jutsu: Where in Asakujaku, Guy opens 6 of the 8 inner gates and delivers a flurry of punches, for Hirudora, Guy opens 7 of the 8 gates and does one enormous punch.
Hinata (Part I) - 8 Trigrams 64 Palms Guard - Hinata performs this jutsu slightly differently when done against any Part I Naruto. There is a video response for that.
Kankuro (Five Kages Summit) - Secret Black Move: Flame Control Scorpion Show - By the time Kankuro comes to the Five Kages Summit, he took Sasori's puppet body and incorporated it into his own collection. It's now known as Scorpion, and he's equipped it with even more weaponry, a flamethrower, and a chakra barrier. Through this, Kankuro is now the strongest puppetmaster ninja in the Naruto series.
Temari (Part II) - Tornado Drop - Temari has a different Five Kages Summit outfit (the one shown here, in fact), but she has Tornado Drop for both of her costumes. (This is in contrast to Gaara and Kankuro, who both have different Ultimate Jutsus between the Five Kages outfit and their normal ones.)
Temari (Part I) - Summoning: Blade Dance - That little critter there is Katamari (no relation to Katamari Damacy), a kamaitachi, or sickle-weasel. Katamari is Temari's personal summon.
The Third Hokage, Hiruzen - Sealing Jutsu: Reaper Death Seal - The image of the extracted soul is exactly the same for any character.
Obito - Phoenix Flower Jutsu - Obito calls it "Phoenix Fire Jutsu." However, "Phoenix Flower Jutsu" is how it's spelled everywhere else in the game and is the most widely agreed upon English name for the technique. Vic Mignogna was likely just following the script.
Kabuto (Snake) - Summoning: Reanimation - Also known as Edotensei, also known as Impure World Resurrection. By obtaining a DNA sample of a dead person, Kabuto can forcibly bring that person's soul back to the living world (the impure world, the pure one being the afterlife). A living person is sacrified, who transforms into the one to be resurrected, killing the original host. Kabuto can then transport them around in coffins that sink in and out of the ground wherever needed. A body brought back with Reanimation can't be destroyed through damage, but only through the one who cast Reanimation in the first place or by allowing the soul to attain peace and pass on. They have will of their own, but Kabuto can plant directives in them to do certain things. In a way, this makes Reanimation VERY similar to the Black Lantern Corps.
Kimimaro - Bracken Dance - The fan translation is "Dance of the Seedling Fern." Ferns don't have seeds, so they don't have seedlings. They have sporophytes or gametophytes, depending on the generation of fern. The Japanese name of this jutsu refers specifically to the bracken, a toxic fern that grows rampantly throughout much of Eurasia. The most accurate translation would thus be "Dance of the Young Bracken."
Karin - Severe Stinging Slap (Sasuke only) - Works on Sasuke (White Shirt), Sasuke (Hebi), Sasuke (Taka), and Sasuke (Five Kages Summit). Does not work on Part I Sasuke.
Itachi (Part I) - Tsukuyomi - This attack does no physical damage in the series, but inflicts a highly traumatizing illusion that lasts for as long as the user wants. Think of it like Scarecrow's gas in Batman.
Kisame - Water Style: Super Water Shark Bomb Jutsu - Kisame's moves have also been expanded between NUNS 2 and NUNS Generations. This is his latest offensive technique.
Hidan - Curse Jutsu: Death Possession Blood - Notice that a skull-shaped cloud of smoke appears where Hidan impales himself. We wouldn't want to be too graphic here!
Tobi - Minefield Great Plain Jutsu - This has been shortened in duration from NUNS 2.
Masked Man - Summoning: Nine-Tails - At 14 seconds, this is the longest Ultimate Jutsu in the game.
Danzo - Izanagi - What's going on here is that Danzo loses control of the Hashirama cells in his arm, which sprouts into a tree. Danzo then uses Izanagi to illuion away the tree. I don't know how this inflicts damage on the opponent.
The Fourth Raikage, A - Liger Bomb - Also known as Ay. This game's spelling of his name is inconsistent.
Killer Bee - Lariat - This looks different from in NUNS 2 but is essentially the same move.
