Welcome to my channel. Learn how to make soft sabudana momo. This recipe has NO ATTA NO MAIDA. You can make a number of variations by putting any filling of your choice. Follow the video to make sure your sabudana momo isn't chewy. This is perfect for an evening snack or even breakfast. Super delicious & easy to make. Do try it out and let me know how it turns out.

All you need is -
For the dough-
• 1 cup sabudana, washed and soaked in 1 cup water for 3-4 hours

For the filling-
• ½ cup paneer, grated
• 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
• ½ cup finely chopped carrots
• ¼ cup finely chopped french beans
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp chopped spring onions greens
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
• 1 tsp ginger, chopped
• 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
• 2 chopped green chillies
• 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
• Chilli flakes, to taste
• 1 tbsp oil + for greasing
• ½ cup grated cheese

Others-
Homemade chilli oil, for garnish
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Method-
1. For the dough, wash sago thoroughly and soak in water for 3-4 hrs. Then, drain all the water and grind into a paste. Set aside.
2. For the filling, heat oil in a pan and add in ginger, chilli and garlic. Saute and add all the vegetables, Schezwan sauce, salt and mix well. Add in the paneer and finish with pepper, chilli flakes and remove from flame.
3. Mix in cheese and combine it all up.
4. Now, grease your palms well with oil and divide the dough into small portions. Flatten each into a roundel and put a small portions of the filling in centre.
5. Bring together and pinch the edges to seal.
6. Steam in a pre-heated steamer on high flame for 10-12 mins and garnish with chilli oil and toasted sesame seeds.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Vishesh Tippani-
✓ While soaking sabudana/sago, the quantity of water must be accurate. Also, wash it thoroughly prior to soaking to remove all the excess starch on top. For 1 cup Sabudana, you need 1 cup water.
