In the fourth episode of Chasing Buckle Number One, you will join us for an overnight long run. This 20-mile run capped off a 26-mile day of training for us, which is the highest mileage we have had in one day so far in this prep. The main purpose of this run was to run when I was tired and slightly sleep-deprived and get some night miles to simulate the overnight portion of a 100-mile race.
