You can add a new Ranking field to your form in one of two ways.

Using slash commands

► Select the blank line in the editor where you want the field to be.
► Type /rank.
► Either select the Rank type from the list or press Enter.
► Fill in your desired details (title, description).
► Select Configure to the right of the question to configure details, such as conditional logic.

Without using slash commands
► Select the blank line in the editor where you want the field to be.
► Choose the Add Questions icon to the left of the line to insert a field.
► Choose Rank as the type using the dropdown type options.
► Fill in your desired details (title, description).
► Select Configure to the right of the question to configure details, such as logic.
