Sandra Birchmore Murder: Brother of Accused Officer Also Had Sexual Relations

The brother of Sandra Birchmore's accused murderer, William Farwell, is now also accused of lying to detectives about the 23-year-old's "suicide." William's brother, former police officer Matthew Farwell, is charged with killing the pregnant woman and having a sexual relationship with her while she was underage. William allegedly admitted to also having a relationship with Birchmore but only as an adult.
