Knee Ligament Reconstruction

Описание к видео Knee Ligament Reconstruction

Knee ligament reconstruction - or how to repair the anterior cruciate ligament - explained in 3D!
The anterior cruciate ligament of the knee is essential to this joint as it ensures stability and rotation. Knee ligament reconstruction is performed arthroscopically through small incisions using a camera to visualize the joint. This operation conserves as much of the old ligament as possible to help promote cell colonisation and thus to restore the proper function of the knee, resulting in as little inconvenience as possible, a small scar and faster recovery.
