Soft, moist and very delicious Yogurt Berry Cake that just melts in your mouth. Super quick and easy recipe just mix all the ingredients and bake. It is not too sweet so if you like too sweet just add more sugar.

Ingredients:
200g Greek yogurt, room temperature
3 eggs, room temperature
110g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
zest of 1 orange/lemon
80g unsalted butter, melted, warm
265g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
100g fresh/frozen berries (I used strawberries and raspberries)
30g almond flakes

Tin size: 27.5x11cm

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 40-45 min. Cool in the tin for 5 min then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
