It has been a record year of travel, with TSA recording eight of its 10 busiest days this year.

“Travel is definitely on the uptick and we continue and expect it to uptick," acting Deputy Administrator for TSA Adam Stahl said. "Our TSA officers have done a phenomenal job kind of meeting the moment, if you will.”
