This place is a short walk from the main Zagreb square—Jelacic Square (Trg Bana Jelacica), main fruit and vegetables market (Trznica Dolac), main daytime coffee hangout (Bogoviceva St.), main night time strip (Tkalciceva St.), yet it’s position on the 3rd floor makes it possible to isolate from all the hustle and bustle. I've never even heard the tram passing even though the main tram line is less than 100m away.
Because it sits on the angle (Bogoviceva & Gajeva) the apartment is oval shaped, which just adds a bit to the coolness factor.
