Baja Bug Build (Ep. 5): Sealing the Bulkhead/Firewall

In today's video I'm tearing down the nose of the bug and prepping it for the suspension. Since I will be having a full interior, which I hope will be nice,
I'm taking the time to seal up all unnecessary holes in the forward bulkhead (aka the 'firewall' for most vehicles). This is because I want the interior to be a nice place to be with nice seats, a decent stereo, not to mention good conversation with great people. Perhaps even carpet and AC!

Now that's a pretty tall order, but all the same, in order to have those things, I need to make sure the stuff on the outside....can't get INSIDE! and that involves removal of un-wanted sheet metal, cleaning up the surface, making plugs for the large holes and welding them in, grinding them down, surface prep, priming and undercoating!
