Adidas' Boost technology changed the world of footwear as we know it. I would even argue that since the invention of Nike's Air technology, there hasn't been an innovation this significant. The hype for Adidas boost was so high at one point that it was looking like Adidas was going to take up a large portion of Nike's market share. Over the past few years Boost technology has gotten old and isn't as popular as it once was (among sneakerheads at least). So what happened?
