About this presentation
Dr. Pipe is the chair of Heart & Stroke's national board of directors and Canada's foremost expert on smoking cessation. In this one-hour session he will speak to the impact vaping has on the health of people in Canada and will touch on what can be done to influence public policy around this contentious issue and open discussions in the clinical setting. This discussion will include a focus on the youth vaping trend and the concept of nicotine as a gateway drug.
