$50 Rustic Farmhouse Hutch Makeover! Rustoleum Chalk Paint

I purchased this hutch from Goodwill for $50 and have it posted for sale online for $350. I have sold similar hutches for around $300-$330 in the past. I have not had any interest in it yet (possibly because people are not spending as much right now).

The cost to refinish this project was roughly $50: $20 for the paint (which is often sold out on Amazon), $20 for the top coat and then I figured in $10 for brushes/ the wood cleaner I used.

I still have about half of the can of chalk paint left and most of the topcoat can left.
