So many of you have asked me how am I being proactive? Like this! By sharing affordable delicious five star recipes. I have done this unconditionally for the last seven years. Today is no different than others, I just hope that I do it in a way that brings a smile on your face and a home-cooked meal to your table. While actively supporting the boycott, for a better you, a better me, and a better tomorrow.

Recipe

2-3lb chicken breast @saadwholesale $1.79lb order online may vary in cost!
2 tbsp Mina EVOO
2 tbsp Mina harissa
1 tbsp vegeta
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp garlic

1 lb mushrooms
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp flour
1 c heavy cream
marinate chicken for approximately 2 to 4 hours before sautéing in @mina Oliver oil. Once chicken is sautéed, add your mushrooms and simmer for about five minutes. Add fresh parsley and flour. Sauté for approximately two minutes then slowly drizzling heavy in cream. Simmer till chicken is fully cooked.

Rice
2 c rice jasmine wash rice if desired* (I do not wash my jasmine rice because I feel as if it takes away from that delicious exotic flavor)
3 tbsp butter
4 c cold water
1 tsp vegeta or salt

Add all ingredients for rice into a medium saucepan. Place on stove with a medium to high heat. Bring to a boil. Mix rice one time only. Reduce the heat cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy
