Pão Recheado com Camarão - Portuguese Stuffed Bread Loaf with Shrimps

This Portuguese stuffed bread with bacon, shrimp, onion, garlic and fresh coriander
(pão recheado com camarão) makes a great entree.

👉🏼 INGREDIENTS
- ca. 800g of bread loaf ( compact grain wheat)
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 450g of shrimps (fresh or frozen)
- 200g of chopped bacon
- 200ml of liquid cream
- 120g of grated cheese
- 2 ssp of chopped coriander
- some pepper
- some salt (If you like! But the chopped bacon is already very salty)

Oven: 180°C / about 30 minutes
