Learn about this method of natural parkour training I've been implementing into my routine. This primal parkour training is a fun way to test the human body's limits without additional equipment, including shoes! In a natural environment.

The movements and stunts I perform in this video are dangerous and are possible because of my background of doing parkour and stunts for over 15 years. I only began this primal style of training 2 years ago, so some of the stunts I'm capable of performing in this video are also because of my background before starting the primal parkour training.

If this type of training interests you, here are some things to keep in mind to stay safe.
When beginning, progress into everything slowly, start with small simple movements so you can get to know what you are capable of over time.
Know your environment and structures you are training on and any potential safety hazards. Test everything.
Don't be afraid to stop if something feels off.
