I am going to tell you how you can begin your spiritual journey. The first thing is to read books such as the Bhagavad Gita and listen to great people. I also explain how self-awareness, observing your thoughts and emotions, makes you grow spiritually.

I will tell you how self-discipline, such as managing desires, also plays a significant role in this process.
