DDA Narela Sector G7-G8 EWS & LIG Flats | DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024

Recently, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched a housing scheme i.e. DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 on a first come first serve basis. This scheme was started on 22-08-2024 and booking of flats started from 10-09-2024 and will continue till 31-03-2025.

In this video, we are exploring the EWS and LIG flats offered by DDA in Narela Sector G7-G8, Delhi. At Narela, there were 11,000+ flats offered by DDA and booking started on the 10th of September 2024 and now the number of vacant flats would have been lesser.

The registration amount for the DDA housing scheme is 2500/- and the booking amount for the EWS flat is 50,000 and for LIG flat, it is 1,00,000/-
