Federal 500 siren test Lombard, IL

This was done professionally (despite what some may claim) and is UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES to be attempted for any reason and by anyone without proper training beforehand. Many on site precautions were taken to keep persons clear of all possible danger and as can be seen, we did a good job. No individuals were allowed for any reason within 150 feet of the siren starting when the chainsaw fired up, and the pole was cut in a way that would only allow it to fall in one direction, not to mention the aide of ropes pulling the siren in the wanted direction. The siren is in good hands, is functional, and will be refurbished soon for all to be able to see, as opposed to it rusting away up there and falling in a windstorm and possibly hurting someone or damaging the fence or power lines.
