Nothing here is "religious" nor dogmatic... it's FULL-ON love... acceptance and goodness... just as "church" should be, and JUST as Yoga IS!)

Each 90 minute video is designed to help you rise into your next, best and highest evolution. We begin with a traditional yoga teaching, followed by a mat practice laced with tips and tools and ancient teachings, here to help you get the most out of your practice and your life.
