This is a universal clip-on tuner/metronome sits neatly in the mid range price bracket for a metronome and tuner of this type in that it is not a cheap nasty clip on device, but it is not an overpriced clip on tuner, metronome either. In this video I compare it with several other tuners to make sure it is accurate and will tune your guitar well. I tested the tuner on a guitar, a violin, an electric sitar and a mandolin and found it to be an accurate tuner on all of them. I also go through the features of the tuner and the metronome so you get a good idea of what you are buying if you are considering one of these.

Because this type of clip on tuner and metronome is becoming more and more popular many people call them a metrotuners, but this name hasn't been universally accepted so sometimes you don't get the results you want when using internet search engines.

Since making this video It's been pointed out to me that this clip on tuner and metronome is identical to the Boss TU-03, which is nearly twice the price.
