The Steps:
_01 - Make a new project at 300dpi
_02 - Import artwork
_03 - Select all (Cmd/Ctrl+A)
_04 - Copy (Cmd/Ctrl+C)
_05 - Add a layer mask to artwork
_06 - Paste-in-place (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+V)
_07 - Use Levels Adjustment to add contrast to the mask
_08 - Select • Color Range, and choose Shadows. Move the slider until the white and bright portions of your graphic appear black in the preview
_09 - Filter • Pixelate • Color Halftone (Start with 6px radius and 27 degrees for all channels)
_10 - Image • Adjustments • Threshold (Left chokes the halftones and brightens the image. Right expands them and darkens the image)
_11 - Remove or disable the background layers
_12 - Export as PNG for printing
