Since no one else has uploaded it, I took the liberty of uploading the quotes of the Cliffford Mercenaries from The Doomsday Heist.

They have a surprisingly large amount of dialogue, even dialogue for situations that you'll never find them in. They were apparently meant to be ambiently spawned peds at one point.
