Day 11 is the final class of this Power Yoga series. This full-body power flow focuses on deep stretching and strengthening of the entire body, including the spine, hips, shoulders, legs, and core. The practice helps release stiffness, improve flexibility, build strength, and restore balance.

This session also marks the transition into a brand-new Hatha Yoga series starting in the New Year 2026, offering a slower, more mindful practice focused on alignment, breath, and inner awareness.

Perfect for ending the Power Yoga journey and preparing the body and mind for a fresh start.
