The Final Fantasy Tactics Retrospective

As Final Fantasy grew more popular in the early 1990s, Hironobu Sakaguchi wanted to bring the series into the realm of strategy RPGs. In 1995, the opportunity would arrive in the form of Ogre Battle and Tactics Ogre creator Yasumi Matsuno, and the result would go on to be one of the most celebrated entries in the entire franchise.
