𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗲
1 banana
1 tbsp of peanut butter (I use organic no added sugar peanut butter)
Oat milk

Blend all the ingredient together.
Ready !

𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘀
1 onions
200g chickpeas
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tomatoe
1 medium potatoe
Fresh coriander

In a oil pan fry the onion till brown. Then add the spices. You can add little but of water not to burn the spices.
Add the chickpeas and leave it for 5 min on low heat.
Then add the tomatoe and potatoes cut into small pieces. Mix well. And add the coriander.
Ready!

𝗞𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶
1 cup rice
2 bay leaves
4 cardamom
1/2 salt
1/2 sliced onion
2 tbsp of ghee

In a pan put rice, bayleaf and cardamom and salt. Let it cook on high heat till the rice is soft and mushy. You may add some water and mix it from time to time. It must look like porridge.

In another pan, add the ghee and the sliced onion. Leave it and mix it well till it become dark brown. Then put all in the other pan where the rice is.
Ready to serve!

𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮
1/2 cup red lentils
1 sliced onion
4-5 sliced green chillis
2-3 tbsp of gram flower
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp of coriander powder

Let the red lentils soak for minimum 1 hour. Drained the water but not all the water. It should not be dried. Then, blend the lentils (it should not be liquid so don’t blend too much).
Then mix all the ingredients together.
Take one tea spoon of the mixture and fry in a oil pan on slow heat. It is ready when it is brown golden color.

With Love,
Amira.
