Praveen Sharma talks about the parameters of success which have existed in our society for decades, and how the pressure is affecting the youth leading to an exponential increase in suicide rates. He further explains life in terms of Pacman the classic game of all time, urging everyone to live in the moment. He also discusses the reasons for unhappiness, which are trying to fit in the mold of the society, comparing with people is in upward direction which gets toxic, measuring success in the short term and lastly comparing with unfulfilled wishes instead of choices. He went on to describe the actual parameters of success: which don't exist. He suggested people introspect and look within themselves. He then explained his own parameter of success. Praveen Sharma is an intrapreneur by choice, a motivational speaker, business coach, consultant, active public speaker, a writer and also specializes in strategic partnership and hacking business growth for organization. He is trying to break the stigma around mental health with his initiative better us. Better us is a platform to promote the discussion on mental health and related subjects.
