Formed in Barcelona in 2021 by Xavi, Guillem, and Marçal, Maragda is a power trio that blends elements of neo-psychedelia, progressive rock, and garage with a sci-fi narrative.
Their self-titled debut album quickly climbed numerous top-10 lists in 2021, leading to a successful European tour spanning Portugal, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, and Spain. They mesmerized audiences with their dynamic live performances, showcased at renowned festivals like Krach am Bach, Woodrock, and Monkey Week.
Following the release of the stand-alone single "The New World" in 2022 and the live EP 'The Reckless / Evil Seed' in 2023, Maragda is set to unveil their highly anticipated second studio album 'Tyrants' via Spinda Records in 2024.
In this live session, they preview three tracks from the upcoming record: "Tyrants", "Skirmish", and "My Only Link".
