I'm doing the bodywork on this truck for a friend. The metalwork and rust repair was done elsewhere and unfortunately there are a few issues that need to be corrected before bodyfiller can be applied. These trucks have a factory leaded seam at the cowl and on this truck it had been built up with mig weld. Due to the porosity of the welds and the warpage I chose to replace this section with a new piece of metal butt welded in.
