Here is Team PPA Athlete Chi showing us a beautiful, near 12-foot broad jump. There are some key points that Chi does very well, so let's take a look!

1. Release the HIP and KNEE together! This will ensure that the athlete maintains control over their centre of mass, keeping them more balanced and powerful!

2. Stay patient with the heels! This means trying to keep the entire foot grounded as long as possible to benefit from all the extension power through the ankle joint.

3. You MUST hit triple extension! This means fully driving the hips, knees and ankles open through take-off.
