This is the Laowa 15mm T2.1 Zero distortion wide angle Cine lens for Sony A7 Series. The photo version of this lens has been pretty popular for landscape photography. Wide angle plus large aperture is not many in the market. You can find a lot of review online about this lens. Especially for Sony cameras. What I like about this lens is, the zero distortion and also the front filter thread. Most of the cine lenses you find on the market doesn’t let you screw a filter in front. You often need a Mattbox or rely on the Cine camera to have the build in ND filter system. But most of the shooters would use this lens for their A7 series. Letting you to put an ND without rigging up the whole Mattbox set up makes your life so much easier. Especially for run and gun shooters. Also its the standard 77mm filter thread.

Its a beautiful lens, well built. Feels really good in hands. Very sharp even at T2.1. And like I said, this lens is zero distortion. Its awesome when shooting buildings.
