A soul is that intangible, immortal essence that lives in an elusive space within each of us. It is often unrealized and unfelt, although it forms every fiber of our uniqueness. For an eternity, mankind has been on a quest to discover their soul’s mission and life’s purpose here on earth. To achieve this, one only needs to take a leap of faith which awakens the spirit and unites it with the soul, filling you with all you need to know.

Karen will speak of the very moment when she felt, for the first time in her life, the worth of her soul. How the convergence of two profound events – a dying child and that very leap of faith – led her through a life-altering phase that lasted year after year after year, leading her on a dark journey. Burdened by a plethora of unanswered questions, she was unable to reconcile what had happened that fateful July night not only to her daughter, but to herself as well. Until one day, her fingertips reached for a book she was inexplicably drawn to among the stacks of books at a friend's home. A book titled A Course In Miracles. That’s when Karen’s world received the spark it needed to understand the meaning of a miracle.

Karen Haggard is an Interior Designer and author living in Southern Maryland with her best friend and husband of 25 years. She is an avid reader who loves gardening, cooking, writing, sailing, and her family more than life itself. And on that day in July 2007, she was gifted with clairaudience, clairsentience, and clairvoyance.
