WARNING: CONTAINS SWEARING. TARGET AUDIENCE: 13+ ONLY. FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. DO NOT USE FOR PRANKS.

With the great rise to popularity of the Barney Error 3DS Edition video, I had decided to make another Barney Error. This time, as if it were on a Nintendo GameCube.

Fictional Story: On December 11, 2001 at 5:55PM, someone attempted to power up a Nintendo Gamecube console. But unbeknownst to the player, lurking on this console, was a Barney Error that was circulated via a bugged and unprotected broadband adapter. What happens next is anyone's guess...

This video was derived from and heavily inspired by, Barney Error (NES Edition) by CS124.

(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and

(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.
