This piece was written as a tribute to my wife,based on 3 of her favourite tunes[The Parting Glass,The Fields of Athenry,the Wraggle Taggle Gypsies]
which oddly are thematically linked,thus adding cohesion to the piece.It is being played on June 24 2023 in St John's,Smith Square.Westminster,and has most of the features of the traditional,classical piano concerto[3 movements-F S F-cadenzas etc].Thanks for watching!
