Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin. You have probably heard a lot about skincare scrubs here on YouTube with most influencers dismissing them as dangerous and damaging to the skin.. There is something about them however and the satisfaction of the scrubbing motion so lets take a closer look and learn how to use a physical exfoliator and some the best exfoliating scrubs.

Physical exfoliation is a term which describes products which contain beads in them to physically scrub the dead skin from the gorgeous skin beneath. Unlike chemical exfoliators which use acids to break the bonds holding the dead skin in place they dont require specific ingredients and if used correctly can add great benefit to a skincare routine.

Not all exfoliating scrubs are created equally which is why I wanted to film this video to share with you some of my favourites and the ones which could add great value to your own skin care routine.
