Yes, ramen served out of a bus! This magical bus is run by a ramen veteran who’s almost 80 years old too! We go behind the scenes, watching him make their signature shio (salt-seasoned) ramen. Shio ramen is an absolute must in Hakodate, Hokkaido - where the bus is based!

I also introduce my favorite Hakodate sightseeing spot. It’s said to have one of the best nighttime views in all of Japan…and even the world.
