Treasure Hunt: The Ride | FULL POV & REVIEW Of Fantastic Stand-Alone Dark Ride | Monterey, CA

Join me (Clutch, the guy who wasn't in the thumbnail this time...because that was an animatronic of a pirate) as I take you on a full ON RIDE POV experience, including the introduction video, the pre-show (including a full size animatronic donkey!), and then a full ride-through of Treasure Hunt: The Ride! (Filmed in May 2024)

This unreasonably awesome dark ride can be found in Cannery Row, which is in Monterey, California. It is a stand-alone dark ride, meaning you can just walk up to it to pay and then ride. It is it's own thing and not part of any amusement or theme park, which makes it very accessible and easy to do when short on time.

It comes from a collaboration of Sally Dark Rides, who, as the name suggests, make plenty of great dark rides, and Daniels Wood Land, a woodworking company that dabbles in many things, but their expertise for this seems to have come in the form of the scenery and shooting gallery elements. Overall, it made for a truly amazing ride. A Treasure Hunt: The Ride!
