Practical Warmup Routine - Pat Flanagan - Déise Óg South East Coaching Workshop 20

Pat Flanagan is a vastly experienced and highly respected coach in Gaelic games. He has a wealth of inter-county experience from training the Kerry and Cork senior footballers, along with having a role with the Waterford hurlers. Pat was an All-Ireland winning trainer with Kerry during Jack O’Connor’s first spell in charge and has also coached Kerry club team Austin Stacks.

Here, he treated our coaches to a masterclass in warmups at the Déise Óg SECW 2016 in Ballygunner GAA Club. He shows us the importance of a well-planned warmup, how to maximise them and how to get an extra edge for your team in advance of a game.
