I figured it was worth making this tutorial since it isn't mentioned in the documentation provided by Heatblur. This video covers how to use the AIM-54 Phoenix missile in Track While Scan (TWS) mode with the Jester AI and as a RIO. I do apologize for anything I mess up in the RIO pit, I'm still learning the systems there.
