Star Citizen's 'NEW' Ancient Minimum Spec CPU...

Star Citizen has a new minimum spec CPU! CIG has finally updated the minimum requirements webpage- but can the new recommendation the i7 2600 actually run the game? I've paired it with the GTX 1660 and 16GB or DDR3 1333 MHz ram and compared to my real minimum spec recommendations the i5 10400, i7 8700 and Ryzen 5 3600!
