This is the latest or new Code of Ethics and Responsibilities for Real Estate Service approved by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) upon the recommendation of the Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Service (PREBRES) after consultations with various national real estate professional organizations and associations. Take note that this Code does not contain more specific provisions involving real estate consultants, appraisers, assessors, brokers and salespersons as they will be covered by separate Codes that will be crafted and approved by the PREBRES and PRC.
