Seiko SKX007 under the microscope

Hello
Today we're taking a closer look at a diver watch legend: Seiko SKX007. This particular piece has been through a lot with me, including a nasty bike crash that left scratches not only on the bezel, but also on the crystal. Anyway, the watch has never been opened or serviced.
I have to write objectively that this is one of the worst made watches I have ever had under the lens/microscope. On the watch you will find the traditional lack of Seiko build quality. Chapter ring is misaligne the bezel is skewed, the lume is pretty weak and the case has very benevolent transitions between polish and brushed surfaces. There is also a pile of dust on the dial, poor quality printing, blemishes on the hands, terrible workmanship on the underside of the hands, and most importantly, the ubiquitous hairs. It seems that every other index has a hair or piece of lint on it. Anyway, despite all the flaws, I love the watch and we have a literal blood bond.
As always, please excuse the quality of the shots, which were taken with a kid's microscope. At the same time, keep in mind that thanks to the lighting and extreme magnification, even those defects that are otherwise hidden to the eye of the observer will stand out.
