Here is my initial impression review on the elektron digitakt, just wanted to share how I have been using the tools that it comes with to enhance my performance when it comes to making lofi / boom bap style of beats, i feel that this machine can do so much more other than just a good sampled based beat. After spending a few weeks with it and watching a few tutorials online i have really started to find my groove with this workflow. i have been enjoying the AMP, LFO and filter section as i am able to flip and manipulate my samples as it plays back on a few bars of loops. being able to create and once i am doing with making a beat i am able to use the overbridge app to transfer my 8 audio tracks very easy and fast. So far i am enjoying this digitakt workflow coming from a mpc background I love sampling old records and doing those chops here on this digitakt has been very fun as i am able to manipulate all types of sounds.
