Swing out the Pallet Wings
Plug-in to regular 120-volt power, attach air for the End of arm Tool, and add the conveyor sensors
Use the Impact IQ pallet configurator on your tablet to define your Recipe - Enter the Pallet and Case dimensions for column palletizing or use the drag and drop configurator to designate your pallet patterns. Once done, the recipe is stored for future use.
Press the start button and the BA Palletizer starts palletizing.
The BA Palletizer is collaborative so as it is running, if an operator notices any issues, they can move toward the robot. As they approach, the robot moves to collaborative mode. The operator can stop the robot, make changes, and tap the robot to start the robot again.
