In this video we would be looking at the process of making this beautiful off shoulder Top that is fit for any body size, shape and can even be adapted to any occasion. And for us to achieve this design here are the tools we used.
Tools required:
*1 yard of cotton fabric PS: you can use any fabric of your choice
half inch rubber elastic(6 pieces of 12" long elastic and 4 pieces of 10" long elastic)
*tape rule, chalk. office pins
*measurements PS: the measurements used in the video would fit sizes 4,6and 8 but endeavor to increase measurements were you feel is needed
