Child Right Panel Flags Madarsa Shocker, Promotes Sex With Minors | India Today News

The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has flagged off a shocking report on Madrasa's textbooks, alleging that they promote sex with minors, thereby breaching the POCSO norms. The NCPCR has approached the Supreme Court of India with this matter. The textbooks are also said to be in violation of the Right to Education Act. The Supreme Court is scheduled to take up this case today. The NCPCR has demanded stern action against these Madrasas.
