Pegatron का iPhone Manufacturing Plant खरीदेगा TATA!

Tata Group's Tata Electronics is planning to acquire a majority stake in Taiwan-based contract manufacturer Pegatron's sole iPhone plant in India, located in Tamil Nadu. This move will result in a new joint venture, strengthening Tata's position as an Apple supplier.

According to a Reuters report, the deal was internally announced last week. Under this arrangement, Tata will hold a 60% stake and manage daily operations, while Pegatron will retain the remaining stake and provide technical support.
