At the meeting with the doctor, Emily is on edge while Mona steers the conversation. He question who will be carrying the child, Mona tells him that they want to make an educated decision on who should. He then asks if either of them were pregnant before, to which they both deny. Mona comments that he has a lot of credits on the wall for someone so young. He questions who referred them and Mona says Alison Rollins, but Emily catches his attention by saying "Alison DiLaurentis", Mona talks about the unusual arrangement, and the doctor becomes uncomfortable and tells them he doesn't know why they're here but it's not for the right reasons. Mona tells him that she's sure he had his reasons for doing the procedure. He tells them to find another doctor.

A.D. continues ordering Aria to undertake increasingly extreme tasks against her friends. Detective Fury continues his investigation, despite facing a setback. Spencer learns troubling information regarding her and her parents’ past, and Mary Drake surprises Spencer with a visit and she makes him an offer.
